Founded in 2004, Intelligent Retail is driven by a team who are passionate about helping retailers. We continually assess developments in point of sale, ecommerce and online marketing and look to bring them to our customers.
Connect multichannel is now helping retailers across the UK and Ireland to reap the rewards of improved profitability from increased revenue and reduced costs. As the team expanded, we have moved into new retail sectors with what many believe is one of the finest retail systems available on the market today.
More recently, we have focused our attention onto the eCommerce market and are passionate about our unique, feature rich, Responsive Website Platform. When coupled with our Managed Online Marketing Services, Intelligent Retail's websites bring our retailers huge success in the online market, and even more potential to grow their businesses.

Operations Manager
Clare has been at Intelligent Retail since 2012. Having started as an Accounts Administrator, she has spent time learning all areas of the business and now looks after the Business Operations. She loves to cook and often hosts dinner parties for her friends. Her favourite TV Series is Grey's Anatomy.
Laurianne
Project Co-Ordinator
Before joining the Projects Team at Intelligent Retail she has gained experience in being a receptionist, drama teacher, aerobics instructor, as well as running around her three children of school age and taking her springer spaniel out for walks. If she's not rushing off to football practise or horse-riding lesson, she like to pop down to the pub and enjoy a malibu and coke in the garden.
Gillian
Accounts Manager
Following an 18 year career with Barclays Bank, Gillian changed direction and went on to study for her AAT. This lead her to her career in accounts and she joined Intelligent Retail in 2011. She is a whizz on a calculator and loves holidaying in her caravan. Gillian's favourite place is Normandy.
David S
Head of Commercial Sales
David has had an interest in Intelligent Retail since its humble beginnings. He had his own retail business utilising the Connect System. He joined the sales team in 2006 on a consultancy basis before switching to a fulltime role and now leads the Sales Team. David's favourite thing is his Classic Kawasaki Motorbike, it's a 1978 z650 and it looks like it came out of the factory yesterday.
Helen
Non-Exec Director
After 3 years at the helm, Helen has now taken up the role of Non Executive Director at IR. With 30 years experience in Retail, Helen brings a wealth of experience to the team. Always passionate about providing solutions for customers, Helen works closely with the team to assess new capabilities and technologies. When not working, she is often found coldwater swimming in her favourite place, the Isle of Wight.

Customer Services Manager
Ben joined the helpdesk in 2011, his knowledge of the system and passion to help our customers has seen him progress to lead this team. In his downtime, you will often find Ben spending time with his family, Ben is a big fan of Formula 1. Ben's favourite movie is True Romance.
Chris
Technical Customer Support Specialist
Joined IR early 2012. Since then he has become a key senior member of the helpdesk team helping newer members with his knowledge of the software. Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time with his family and is a big West Ham fan. Chris' favourite band is The Wildhearts.
Connar
Third Line Technical Support Agent
Connar joined the helpdesk as an apprentice in 2015, his hardwork and technical knowledge has allowed him to progress into the 2nd line support team. Connar likes competitive gaming and enjoys eating out. Connar's favourite curry is a Rendang Curry.
Andrew
Technical Customer Support Agent
Andrew joined IR in 2015, starting off as a first line support agent before becoming the Support Team Leader of IR ANZ. Away from the office he enjoys playing the guitar and running at his local parkrun. He is also a big sports fan, supporting Everton & Sydney FC as well as following Formula 1 & Cricket closely.

Online Marketing Consultant
Nathan has worked as an SEO specialist at Intelligent Retail since 2012. He's worked on a wide range of projects and brings technical expertise to the team. In his spare time he likes to read, climb and torture himself watching Spurs.
Tina
Online Marketing Team Leader
Tina joined the company in 2012 and has experience in a range of online marketing areas, eCommerce, web content and html coding, presenting at seminars and also helps to organise charity and social events for Intelligent Retail. Outside of the office she enjoys exploring the outdoors, travelling, upcycling and creative activities.
Kiran
Online Marketing Consultant
Kiran has a BA Hons in Advertising and Marketing Promotions Management and have been working in the eCommerce department since 2018 as an eCommerce marketing consultant. Kiran maintains SEO, Google Ads, email marketing and social media for independent retailers. During her spare time she enjoys spending time with her dog, baking and decorating with sugar craft. She has recently taken up quilting and made a couple of quilts.

DevOps Engineer
Lee's main focus is deploying and maintaining our Responsive Websites. He is a keen hockey player and helps to organise an annual Ale Festival each year with his Hockey Club.
Francis
DevOps Engineer
Francis started with us on the Customer Support Team, but after recognising his technical expertise, is now focused on Development Operations. He loves to explore new places both in the UK and abroad with his family.
Nicky
Front End Web Developer
Nicky joined the UK Development Team in 2019, before he became a serious programmer, he had aspirations of being a comic artist with his love of fantasy art. Nicky also enjoys going to the gym, watching boxing ans MMA. Nicky's favourite TV programme is The Walking Dead.

Developer
Kiran has been with Intelligent Retail since 2010 and works working in the UK Development Team. She enjoys reading and watching movies. Her favourite TV show is the Apprentice.
Ying
Head of International Development
Ying joined the development team in 2007, since moving back to China in 2014, he has set up an international office where he has built a team of develpers to compliment the team based in the UK.

Tester
Guiying joined Intelligent Retail in 2016 and her main focus is manual testing of Connect. She enjoys watch TV dramas and TV shows.
Yanbin
Developer
Yanbin joined Intelligent Retail as a Java developer. He has studied eCommerce in University but found his heart belongs to development. He loves to play basketball and watch short video clips in mobile apps.
