Abandoned basket emails

With our abandoned basket email feature you can trigger an automated email for basket abandonment recovery on your Intelligent Retail website. This feature automatically sends an email to customers who have abandoned a basket with products in. This will work for any customer who has added an email address, even if they don't have an account.

Did you know that eCommerce sites have an average shopping basket abandonment rate of 69.23%. The industry open rate for abandoned basket emails is 48% of which 33% go on to make a purchase.

Named day delivery

Allows customers to select their most convenient delivery slot which helps produce better order conversion rates. This also allows for additional income streams such as express delivery, timed delivery or weekend slots which could be charged extra if required.

Click and collect

Allows customers to select the most convenient store for them to collect their items. It also supports displaying stock availability at each of your stores and where possible, offers the ability the find the closest store to the customer's location.

Refine by menu with multi-select

Refine by is a super-powerful and intuitive menu system that helps replicate shopping in a store. Visitors might select ‘jewellery sizes’, or ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ etc. They might refine by ‘Evening wear’ or ‘Day wear’. Against each section they make, customers can see how many products are available which helps your customers find the products they are looking for quickly and easily with the minimum amount of clicks. Our responsive platform now supports the ability to select more than one option for even easier filtering.

Instagram feed

Integrate your Instagram feed with images on your homepage or any other page of your choice. Creating a visual display of your Instagram feed to showcase your photos, keeps your website looking fresh and encourages more followers.

Lookbooks

Create your own lookbook to showcase a theme or collection to customers and allow them to browse products and add to basket directly from one image. Lookbooks help to engage with consumers as well as increase order values by allowing customers to visualise groups of products together.

Personalisation

Creates a sense of individuality and uniqueness for your products and allows customers to easily customise your products to suit their requirements.

Advanced features available include; charging by character or word, selecting a choice of options, choosing a date and time, plus many more. Customers can also see pricing updated dynamically as they are personalising their items.

Bespoke email design

Our responsive framework allows us to create a new, professionally designed order confirmation email designed to fit in with your company branding. Customers will receive this email after placing orders on your website. We can also customise emails which are sent to customers when items are dispatched and when click and collect items are ready for collection too.

Trustpilot or Feefo Integration

Market research specialists iPerceptions found that people are 63% more likely to buy from an eCommerce site that has user reviews than one without. User reviews help build trust and brand awareness as well as helping to increase sales. Our responsive platform supports both Feefo and Trustpilot integration with various levels of integration available depending on the plan you select from reviews partner.

Mouse hover over function

Allows you to showcase your products as customers can hover over an image to display an alternative image. Sell more products by quickly showing additional images or other information about your products.
