IMPORTANT SERVICE NOTIFICATION - DNS Change

Please read below as your action is required
(website & email customers only)

To complete the final step of our migration to Rackspace UK, we require you make a small change in your registered domain account setup with immediate effect.

This final change will complete our new server infrastructure enabling Intelligent Retail to supply you with a premium hosting solution in partnership with one of the UK's leading datacentres.

Please action this as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary downtime on your website and/or email when the existing DNS service is taken offline.

What do I need to do?
Changing your nameservers is a typically a very quick process and we have included a short help video below on how to do this for each of the four major registrants (Fasthosts, 1&1, 123-Reg and Total Registrations). Simply click on the one relevant to you and follow the steps.

What are the new nameserver settings?
Old nameserver settings:
ns1.memset.com (89.200.136.74)
ns2.memset.com (78.31.107.87)
ns3.memset.com (69.10.140.4)

New nameserver settings:
ns.rackspace.com (69.20.95.4)
ns2.rackspace.com (65.61.188.4)
(if you have a third box, then leave blank)

What is the deadline?
You need to make this change before August 4th, 2010. After this point your website and email will go offline if the changes have not been actioned.

If your web registrar is not included in this list please contact your registrar for the relevant documentation or send this notification to them with a request to make the DNS changes for you.
