This led the Fashion Retail Academy's Jackie Cook (ex Fashion Buyer at Selfridges) to approach David Mackley, Managing Director to present on this topic as part of the managent in retail syllabus.

The Fashion Retail Academy is the vision of Bhs and Arcadia Group boss Sir Philip Green, who decided to try and improve retail teaching after becoming frustrated by a lack of talent coming into the sector.
